摘要
铝及铝合金硬质阳极氧化工艺因得到的氧化膜硬度高、耐磨性好、结合力强等特征在我公司产品上广泛应用,本文基于在生产实际中发现的问题,通过单一因素实验分析,阐述了影响铝质件轮体硬氧颜色一致性的诸多因素,旨在进一步提高铝质件硬质阳极氧化膜的颜色稳定性。
The hard anodizing process of aluminum and aluminum alloys is widely used in our products due to its high hardness,good abrasion resistance,and strong bonding strength.This article is based on the problems found in the actual production,through comparative test analysis.The factors affecting the consistency of the hard oxygen color of the aluminum part wheel body are described in order to further improve the color stability of the hard anodic oxidation film of the aluminum part.
