摘要
确立了火试金富集—火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铜精矿中金含量的方法。铜精矿样品经火试金富集得到金银合粒,经硝酸、盐酸溶解,用火焰原子吸收光谱仪于242.80nm波长处测定金含量。实验结果表明:本方法金的加标回收率在97.06%-100.99%之间,5个铜精矿样品测定的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)在0.31%-7.92%之间。样品测定结果与标准分析方法(GB/T 3884.2-2012)吻合较好,满足铜精矿中金含量测定要求,并将检测下限降低到0.1ug/g。方法适用于测定金含量≤50μg的铜精矿样品。
A method has been established for the determination of gold in copper concentrate by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with fire assay preconcentration.The gold and silver was enriched by fire assay,the particle was melting by nitric acid and muriatic acid,and then the content of gold was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry at the wavelength of 242.80nm.The results indicated that,the recovery for gold of 5 copper concentrate samples were in the range of 97.06%-100.99%and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6)was 0.31%-7.92%.The analysis results of gold contents by this method were consistent with those obtained by the standard method(GB/T 3884.2-2012),the method can meet the requirement for the determination of gold in copper concentrate analysis,which reduce the detection limit toμg/g.
