摘要 当今科学技术的快步发展,改变了我们生活的方方面面,本文以数控机床为例展开论述,通过对数控机床工作原理的介绍,来着重阐述数控机床在矿用机械加工中的应用。对于目前投入市场运用的矿用数控机床,它们普遍具有高效的生产效率,高速化、精度化程度与可靠性能都是人工无法比拟的,其主要体现在智能化,柔性化与集成化,经济效益比较高等优点,得以广泛使用。数控机床应用包括控制金属切削机床,大规模的零件加工和自动生产线技术应用等方面,本文通过对应用实例进行分析,希望可以为数控机床的更好应用提供借鉴,以点带动面发展,为我国实现"科技强国"目标提供探索。 The rapid development of science and technology today has changed all aspects of our life. This paper takes CNC machine tools as an example to discuss the application of CNC machine tools in mining machinery. For the mining CNC machine tools currently used in the market, they generally have high efficiency, and the high speed, precision and reliability are unmatched by humans. They are mainly embodied in intelligence, flexibility and integration, and economic benefits. More advanced advantages, can be widely used. The application of CNC machine tools includes the control of metal cutting machine tools, large-scale parts processing and automatic production line technology applications. This paper analyzes the application examples and hopes to provide reference for the better application of CNC machine tools. To achieve the goal of "scientific and technological power".
