摘要
停车问题尤其是道路停车是城市交通中的重点和难点,基于视频分析技术的道路停车管理系统极具发展潜力,但落地存在一定困难。智慧灯杆作为一种新型城市基础设施,在传统灯杆基础集成更多功能,正在许多城市建设和实施,这两者能够很好的结合在一起,更大提升彼此价值和效率,支撑新型智慧城市建设。
The parking problem, especially road parking has gradually become the key and difficult point in urban traffic. The road parkingmanagement system based on video analysis technology has great potential for development, but there are some difficulties in implementing.The smart lamp pole integrates more functions with the foundation of traditional lamp pole. As a new urban infrastructure, it is being builtand implemented in many cities. Both of the smart pole and video analysis technology can be well integrated to enhance their mutual valueand efficiency and support the construction of new smart cities.
