摘要
高职学生诚信教育存在的问题是多因素合力的结果。从根本上解决这些问题,需要立足人文关怀开展诚信教育,重在将学生培养成具有诚信品质的人,使他们能正确认识诚信行为是内心的愿望,而不是外在条件性行为的要求。高职院校需要逐步取消诚信教育中的功利主义,彰显诚信教育的人文关怀,立足职业教育的"教育性""职业性"双重属性,从坚持校企合作、依托实训教学、创设两难诚信问题、重视情感因素等方面着手,引导学生理性认识诚信的人文价值,提升诚信价值批判意识和能力,最终树立正确的诚信价值观。
Many factors work together to cause the current troubles in honesty education at vocational colleges. To solve the troubles fundamentally, it's necessary to take the humanistic solicitude perspective and focus on cultivating students with intrinsic honesty, rather than obeying external requirement of conditional behavior. At vocational colleges, utilitarianism in honesty education needs to phase out in an alternative of humanistic solicitude. Students should be guided to understand the humanistic value of honesty, raise awareness of the valuation of honesty, and hence set up healthy sense of the value of honesty, based on the duality of "educational" and "occupational" of vocational education, through cooperation with enterprises, auxiliary practical teaching, setting of honesty situations and emphasis on emotional factors.
