摘要
采用盐酸、硝酸、磷酸、氢氟酸溶解试样,利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法直接测定钨矿石中的铜、铅、锌、钼和三氧化钨含量。文章筛选了溶样方法,优化了测样条件。经试验结果表明,方法检出限为:Cu 0. 001%、Pb 0. 001%、Zn 0. 001%、Mo 0. 001%、WO_3 0. 01%,精密度(RSD,n=11)均在0. 5%~5%,方法准确可靠。
The determination of Cu, Pb, Zn, Mo and WO3 content in tungsten ore were dissolved by directly inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectromete (Icp-oes)for the samples. Pretreatment methods of samples were screened out, sample testing conditions were optimized. The detection limit of method was Cu 0.001% , Pb 0.001% , Zn 0.001% , Mo 0.001% and WO30. 01%. The results show that the precision ( RSD, n = 11 ) was between 0.5% and 5%. The method is accurate and reliable.
