摘要
乡村振兴战略的提出进一步强调了农业发展的重要性。为发挥社会服务职能,农业大学利用其特有的人才资源、科研资源以及教育资源等开展农技推广工作,推动了新农村建设,并形成了多种大学农技推广模式。文章阐述了农技推广的重要性,分析了大学开展农技推广工作的优势,并对国内21所大学的农技推广模式进行了汇总研究,提出了分配好教师在教科推等方面的工作、学校科研项目应结合生产一线的需求、增强试验示范基地等推广平台的功能性、积极开展基地信息化建设等促进大学进一步开展农技推广工作的建议。
The proposal of the rural revitalization strategy further emphasizes the importance of agricultural development. In order to give full play to the social service function, agricultural university uses its unique talent resources, scientific research resources, education and other advantages to carry out agricultural technology promotion work, which promotes the construction of new rural areas and forms a variety of agricultural technology promotion modes of universities. Importance of agricultural technology promotion was elaborated in the paper. Advantages of universities in carrying out agricultural technology promotion were analyzed. The agricultural technology promotion model of 21 universities in China was summarized and studied in the paper. Suggestions of promoting agricultural technology promotion in universities were put forward, such as properly distribute teachers work of teach, research and extension, projects of universities should connect with needs of agricultural production, increase function of extension platforms and demonstration base, and actively implenlent construction of informatization of base.
