摘要
随着社会的逐渐发展,新形势下事业单位档案管理与创新呈现出越来越多的问题,传统的事业单位档案管理方法复杂且耗费时间,已不符合现代化要求,无法满足事业单位档案管理的需求。档案管理对于事业单位的发展具有重大的影响,有效的事业单位档案管理方法不仅可以加快事业单位工作效率,也可以在一定程度上加强事业单位的服务力度。因此,事业单位档案的管理与创新是必然趋势,事业单位应加强对档案的管理并对管理方法进行创新,改变传统的抄写形式,通过互联网网络、计算机设备对事业单位的档案进行有效管理,并在此基础上进行有效的总结与分类,在最大程度上改善事业单位档案管理工作。通过介绍当前事业单位档案管理中存在的问题,提出解决方法,对新形势下事业档案的管理策略进行探讨。
With the gradual development of society,there are more and more problems in the archives management and innovation of institutions in the new situation. The traditional methods of file management in public institutions are complicated and time-consuming,which are not in line with the requirements of modernization and cannot meet the archives of institutions. File management has a major impact on the development of public institutions. Effective file management methods for public institutions can not only speed up the work efficiency of public institutions,but also strengthen the service of public institutions to a certain extent. Therefore,the management and innovation of institutional archives is an inevitable trend. Institutions should strengthen the management of archives and innovate management methods,change the traditional form of copying,and effectively manage the archives of institutions through Internet networks and computer equipment. On this basis,effective summarization and classification will be carried out to maximize the improvement of the file management of public institutions. By introducing the problems existing in the current business unit file management,the paper proposes solutions to discuss the management strategies of business files in the new situation.
