摘要
食用林产品是广西传统的优势产业,食用林产品在人们生活中所占比重越来越大,建立食用林产品质量安全监测体系是必然趋势。但广西目前尚未建立食用林产品质量监测体系,这既给消费者带来健康隐患,也给政府监管部门带来管理风险。本文介绍了食用林产品的定义和监测范围以及目前食用林产品监测概况,阐述了建立广西食用林产品质量安全监测体系的必要性,并对广西食用林产品质量安全监测体系的建设工作提出建议,以期为保障食用林产品质量安全提供参考。
Edible forest products are the traditional advantageous industries in Guangxi.The proportion of edible forest products in people＇s livesis increasing.It is inevitable to establish a quality and safety monitoring system for edible forest products.However,Guangxi has not yet established aquality monitoring system for edible forest products,which not only brings hidden dangers to consumers,but also brings management risks togovernment regulatory authorities.This paper introduced the definition and monitoring scope of Guangxi edible forest products and the currentmonitoring of edible forest products,expounded the necessity of establishing a quality and safety monitoring system for edible forest products inGuangxi,and constructed the quality and safety monitoring system for edible forest products in Guangxi.Suggestions were made to provide references forimproving the quality and safety of edible forest products.
