DNA条形码技术在动物类中药鉴定中的运用研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 动物药材是我国中药资源的重要组成部分,但是许多药用动物野生资源正逐步萎缩,药材市场中混伪品乱用现象日益严重,因此准确鉴定基源物种是确保动物药临床使用安全的前提。DNA条形码作为一种新兴的分子鉴定技术,是对常规鉴定方法的有效补充,在中药材鉴定领域已有相关应用。文章综述了近年来国内外应用DNA条形码鉴定动物类中药材的研究进展,并对现存问题和解决策略进行了探讨,以期为加强药材市场监管和保护珍稀药用动物提供参考。 Animal medicine is an important part of traditional medicine. However, many wild medicinal animal resources are gradually shrinking, while the abuse of adulterant and fake products has become more and more seriously in traditional medicine market. Therefore, the accurate and efficient identification of original species is an indispensable premise to ensure the clinical safety of animal medicine. As a novel molecular identification technique, DNA barcoding is an effective complement to common identification methods and has been applied in the identification of traditional medicine. This paper reviews the recent progress of DNA barcoding identification of animal traditional medicine and discusses the existing problems and potential strategies in order to provide reference for strengthening traditional medicine trade supervision and protecting rare medicinal animals.
