摘要
通过对东、中、西三个地区7省45所民办高校4362个教师的样本分析发现,除引领策略外,民办高校教师整体教学策略水平较高;任职形式、经济状况、承担课程门数、学校层次等对教学策略有显著影响;教学策略水平与教学效能感、工作能力、合作意识等显著相关。基于研究结果,本研究提出应以引领策略为重点,促进教学策略水平整体提升;统筹不同教师群体制度建设,支撑教学策略水平持续提升;凸显多方良性互动,助力教学策略水平协同提升。
According to the analysis of 4362 teachers' samples of 45 private colleges and universities in seven provinces in the east, middle and west of China, we find the overall level of teachers ' teaching strategies in private colleges and universities is relatively high except for leadership strategy. On the one hand, there are some factors that have a significant influence on teaching strategies, such as teachers ' forms of employment,personal financial situations, the number of courses to teach and the level of private colleges and universities,etc. On the other hand,the level of teaching strategies is significantly related to the sense of teaching efficacy, the ability to work and the sense of cooperation. The study shows private colleges and universities should focus on leadership strategy so as to promote the overall improvement of teaching strategies. At the same time, they should give consideration to the institutional construction of different groups of teachers to support the continuous improvement of teaching strategies, and the multiple positive interactions to help improve the teaching strategy level.
