摘要
通过QUV老化试验、户外曝晒试验对比了几种水性紫外光吸收剂在水性聚氨酯涂料体系中的耐紫外老化能力。不同受阻胺抗老化剂与水性紫外吸收剂的组合在水性聚氨酯涂料体系中有不同的耐紫外老化能力。通过实验,筛选出耐紫外老化能力较好的紫外光吸收剂应用于水性聚氨酯涂料体系中,以提高涂膜的抗紫外老化能力。
The UV aging resistance of several waterborne UB absorbents in the waterborne polyurethane system was compared through QUV aging and outdoor exposure experiments. Different combinations of hindered amine anti-aging agents and UV absorbers have different UV aging resistance in the waterborne polyurethane system. Through the experiments, UV absorbers with good UV aging resistance were selected for application in the waterborne polyurethane system to improve coatings' UV aging resistance.
