摘要
以亚麻油酸、脱水蓖麻油酸、环氧树脂E-12/E-20、丙烯酸为原料合成环氧酯树脂,然后将上述树脂与丙烯酸单体进行共聚反应制备具有多重交联方式的水性环氧酯改性丙烯酸树脂。该树脂具有优良的物理机械性能,在汽车防腐涂料领域具有广泛的应用。
Epoxy ester resin was synthesized with linolenic acid, dehydrated ricinoleic acid, epoxy resin(E-12/E-20) and acrylic acid. Then, waterborne epoxy ester modified acrylic resin, with multiple cross-linking groups, was synthesized with epoxy ester resin and acrylic monomers by grafted copolymerization. The resin has good physical and mechanical properties. It is extensively used in automotive anti-corrosive coatings.
