摘要
目的:通过对国家相关政策以及微信平台的研究,基于静安区现有的信息化基础,建设"健康静安"微信公众号。方法:采用文献查阅、专家咨询、对比研究、PDCA模型等方法。结果:建设具有区域卫生特色的"健康静安"微信公众号,为居民提供咨询、预约、轻问诊、亲情账号等线上健康服务,改善居民就医体验。结论:利用微信平台开展医疗服务是一种新兴的服务模式,对如何利用微信公众号为居民提供更好的诊疗服务提出了若干点建议。
Objective： Via researching the related national policies and WeChat platform, based on the existing information infrastructure of Jing＇an district, ＂Health Jing＇an＂ WeChat official account is constructed. Methods： Adopting the literature review, expert advice, comparative studies, PDCA model and other methods. Results： Constructed a ＂Health Jing＇an＂ WeChat official account with regional health characteristics, providing residents with online health services such as counseling, reservation, asking questions and family accounts, improving the medical experience of residents. Conclusion： The use of WeChat platform to develop medical services is a new service mode, this paper proposes several suggestions on how to use WeChat official account to provide better medical services for residents.
