摘要
反移民、反欧洲一体化和反全球化是欧美国家民粹主义的两大核心支柱。民粹主义之所以能够在欧美兴起,有着深厚的经济、社会、文化价值观、非传统安全和政治基础。经济低迷、失业率上升、贫富差距扩大,是民粹主义兴起的经济基础;外国移民急剧增加、社会福利水平快速下降、中产阶级的减少和地位下降,是民粹主义崛起的社会基础;伊斯兰教文化在欧美国家的传播及与以基督教为核心的文化价值观的冲突,是民粹主义崛起的文化价值观基础;欧美国家所面临的恐怖袭击的威胁有增无减,是民粹主义崛起的非传统安全基础;全球化精英政治的失败,是民粹主义崛起的政治基础。阻滞民粹主义政治力量和社会思潮的蔓延,应成为当代世界政治舞台上的那些政治精英、主流政党和维护世界和平的有识之士的共同使命。
Anti-immigration,anti-European integration and anti-globalization are the two core pillars of populism in Europe and the United States.The rise of populism in Europe and the United States has profound economic,social,cultural values,non-traditional security and political foundations.The economic downturn,rising unemployment rate,and the widening gap between the rich and the poor are the economic foundations for the rise of populism.The social foundations for it lies in such respects as the rapid increase in foreign immigration,the rapid decline of the social welfare level,the reduction of the middle class number and the decline of their social status.The spread of Islamic culture in European countries and America,and its conflict with European and American cultural values that？？centered on Christianity are the basis of cultural values.The increase of the terrorist attack threats that European countries and America are faced with is the non-traditional security foundation for the rise of populism.The failure of global elite politics is the political basis for it.Blocking the spread of populist political forces and social ideological trends should be the common mission of those political elites,mainstream political parties,and people of insight to maintain world peace on the political stage of the contemporary world.
