摘要
大中型水电机组的发电机定子一般需要进行现场组装,为保证定子铁心硅钢片堆积完成后的质量,必须进行磁化试验。溧阳抽水蓄能电站首台发电机组(6号)定子铁心叠装过程中采用多次预压和多分区同步多次逐步拉伸螺栓的压紧工艺,并按照规程规范及厂家技术要求开展磁化试验,保证了定子铁心的安装质量。
The stator of large and medium-sized hydro-generator needs to be assembled in field, so the magnetization test must be carried out to ensure the stacking quality of stator core silicon steel sheet. The stator iron core stacking process of first generator (Unit 6) in Liyang Pumped-storage Power Station is carried out with multiple pre-loading and multiple-partition multiple-time synchronized bolt tightening, and the magnetization test is strictly carried out in accordance with the specifications and manufacturer's technical requirements. The test shows that the installation quality of stator core is ensured.
