一种3D打印蜡模脱蜡工艺研究

摘要 研究了脱蜡釜外胆温度、脱蜡时间和电阻炉焙烧入炉温度对3D打印铸件蜡模和中温蜡浇道制备的硅溶胶模壳质量的影响。结果表明,外胆温度170℃+脱蜡时间为35 min时,最有利于浇道脱蜡,外胆温度过低或过高均会导致模壳的涨裂,脱蜡时间的延长不会对模壳产生不利影响;当模壳在电阻炉中的入炉温度低于500℃时,模壳会出现不同程度的涨裂,当温度高于500℃时,3D打印蜡模脱蜡完成,模壳完好。 The effects of dewaxing reaction kettle out tank temperature, dewaxing time and roasting temperature in resistance furnace on the quality of silicon sol mould shell prepared by 3D printing casting wax mould and medium temperature wax runner were studied. The results show that the external biliary temperature 170℃ and dewaxing time of 35 min, the most conducive to the sprue dewaxing, the temperature of the outer tank is too low or too high, which will lead to the expansion and crack of the mould shell. When the mould in the resistance furnace charging temperature is less than 500 ℃, the form will appear different degree of crack, when the temperature is over 500 ℃, the 3D printing dewaxing wax models will complete, the mold form is intact.
