摘要
为解决丝光时间不足和部分经向紧度偏大弹力织物缩幅困难的问题,利用现有的二台直辊布铗丝光机进行针对性的技术改造。通过增置一组浸轧碱绷布组合,增加浸轧碱、绷布透风容布量,在改善丝光时间不足,提高丝光生产能力的同时,解决了缩幅困难问题。
In order to solve insufficient time and the problem of width shrinkage of stretch fabrics in mercerizing, the practical solution is put forward. By integrating a group of padding alkali liquor and tension cylinder into the existing two clip & chainless padless mercerizing machines, the capacity of alkali liquid volume and the bulk of fabrics are enhanced, which can improve the production efficiency of mercerizing, and solve the problem of width shrinkage of elastic fabrics at the same time.
