Treatment of simulated reactive dye wastewater by extraction method

摘要 采用萃取法研究不同因素对活性染料废水萃取率、反萃取率以及COD的影响。对于萃取0.1 g/L活性黄染液的最佳反应条件为:温度25℃,相比为5∶1,pH=3.0,转速760 r/min,萃取率达到98.09%,COD去除率为97.89%;最佳反萃取条件为:相比为1∶1,温度25℃,NaOH质量分数为15%,反应时间20 min,反萃取率达到90.19%。 The effects of different factors on the extraction rate, reverse extraction rate and COD of reactive dye wastewater are studied by using extraction method. The optimized extraction conditions and reverse extraction conditions are: for extraction, the volume ratio of dye solution to solvent of 5: 1, pH= 3.0, rotation speed 760 r/min and temperature 25℃, the extraction rate reaches 98.09% and the COD removal rate is 97.89%. While for the reverse extraction, with the volume ratio of dye solution to solvent of 1:1, NaOH concentration of 15%, and reaction at 25 ℃ for 20 min, the reverse-extraction rate reaches 90.19%.
