摘要
采用文献资料法、田野调查法、逻辑分析法等对陈抟老祖心意六合八法拳的功法特点、功能价值进行研究,结果认为:陈抟老祖心意六合八法拳以"六合为体,八法为用",讲究"内养心性,外修形体",内涵深厚、功法独特,攻防技击实用,是内家拳鼻祖。长期习练,具有健身保健、养生、防病治病的功效,同时还具有竞技表演、文化传承、经济开发等功能。
On the basis of documentation,this paper conducts field investigation and logic analysis on the technical characteristics and functional values of Chen Tuan＇s Mind Liuhe Bafaquan. The result indicates that： Chen Tuan＇s Mind Liuhe Bafaquan views ＂Liuhe as the internal essence,Bafa as the external manifestation＂and stresses the nourishing of inter temperament as well as the building of outer form. As the originator of inner boxing,it is of profound connotation,unique techniques,and practical value. Constant practice of it is of great benefits in health and fitness; moreover,it is also a form of sports competition,a cultural heritage of significant economic prospects.
