摘要
磁铁矿粉在选煤生产中有着广泛的应用。为改善磁铁矿粉在选煤中的使用效果,提高磁铁矿粉的回收利用率,拟采用接触角为实验指标,以改性剂配比和用量为参考变量,选择最佳疏水改性条件。实验结果表明,Fe3O4改性后疏水性显著增大,接触角由0°变为140. 63°。选择红外光谱和磁性等指标对疏水样品进行表征,结果说明改性过程产生了化学吸附,且其磁性得到了很好地保留。将改性产品应用于煤泥水沉降中,其添加对煤泥水沉降有促进作用,效果较明显。
Magnetic powder is widely used in coal preparation. In order to enhance the effectiveness in using magnet powder and improve the utilization rate of magnet ore powder recovery,this paper intends to adopt contact angel as the experiment index,takes the modifier ratio and dosage as reference variables in order to find out the optimum conditions of hydrophobic modification. Experimental results indicate that the hydrophobicity of modified Fe3 O4 increased significantly,the contact Angle increased from 0 °to 140. 63 °. In addition,this paper selects infrared spectra and magnetic properties to characterize the hydrophobic samples,the results indicate that chemical adsorption is produced in the process of modification,and its magnetism is retained well. The addition of modified products can remarkably promote subsidence of coal slime water.
