氮气/真空辅助分段法对混合塑料热裂解的影响 被引量:1

摘要 研究25~250℃、250~360℃及360~480℃温度段内不同质量分数聚氯乙烯(PVC)的混合塑料分别在真空(-0.07MPa)和N2(3mL/s)吹扫条件下进行热裂解。详细考察了两种辅助条件下产物中釜残、裂解油和裂解气(含HCl)的收率;检测了裂解油的有机氯含量。结果表明辅助条件能促使PVC热裂解产生的HCl及有机氯小分子迅速移出,有效降低后段裂解重油的有机氯含量。裂解油的红外光谱显示PVC质量分数对混合塑料热裂解同一温段的裂解油组成没有明显影响,而裂解轻油指纹区出峰较裂解重油的多,且有机氯含量也远比重油的高,推测PVC中的氯元素能促进混合塑料深度裂解,生成的HCl起到了酸性催化剂的作用,促进聚合物长链的断裂,同时生成含氯的小分子产物。 The mixed plastics with different mass fraction of PVC was pyrolyzed with vacuum ( 0.07 MPa) and N2 (3 mL/s) respectively within the temperature ranges (25~250 ℃ ,250~360 ℃ and 360 ~480 ℃.The yield of the tank residue, cracking oil and gas (including HCl) was investigated.The or ganic chlorine content of cracking oil was detected. The subsidiary condition made the HCl and small organochlorine molecules produced by the pyrolysis of PVC rapidly move out and reduce the organic chlorine content of the heavy cracking oil. The infrared spectrum of the cracking oil showed that the content of PVC had no obvious influence on the composition of the cracking oil of the same pyrolysis temperature,but the peak in the light cracking oil fingerprint area was more than that in heavy crack ing oil.The content of chlorine in light cracking oil is much higher than that in heavy cracking oil,and it is speculated that chlorine elements in PVC can promote deep cracking of mixed plastics,the resul ring HCl acted as an acidic catalyst, promoting the fracture of the polymer long chain and producing small molecular products containing chlorine.
