摘要
以苯乙烯类发色团苯并咪唑作为荧光发色团,以苯胺类受体作为识别基团,设计在识别基团中的氮、氧原子上引入三个识别位点乙酸根负离子,合成得到一种苯胺受体类新型荧光探针6-苯并咪唑基-1-O-3-N,N-三乙酸甲酯基-3-氨基苯酚,进行了水体系中探针荧光性能及金属离子识别性能的研究。研究表明,多识别位点的探针结构能够有效结合金属离子,对Zn^(2+)、Cu^(2+)和Hg^(2+)表现出不同幅度的荧光减弱型识别。
A novel fluorescent probe 3 amino 6 benzimidazole phenol-1-O-3- N, N -acetic acid methyl ester was designed and synthesized by incorporating benzimidazole as the fluorophore and phenylamide receptor with three recognition sites in the nitrogen and oxygen atoms.The fluorescence properties and metal ion recognition of S1 in aqueous system were studied.The results indicated that multiple recog nition sites design of the probe resulted in effective combination with Zn2+ , Cu2+ and Hg2+ , demon strating varied decreasing amplitude in fluorescence intensity.
