摘要
目的研究川芎嗪注射液以及长春西汀联合使用治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕症的临床疗效。方法选择2017年10月—2018年6月在我院住院的椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕症患者90例,随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用川芎嗪注射液联合长春西汀注射液治疗,对照组采用复方丹参注射液联合川芎嗪注射液治疗,对比2组的临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为91.11%,显著高于对照组的75.56%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论川芎嗪注射液联合长春西汀注射液治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足性眩晕症的临床疗效较好。
Objective To study the clinical efficacy of ligustrazine injection combined with vinpocetine in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo. Methods 90 patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo in our hospital from October 2017 to June 2018 were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group was treated with ligustrazine injection combined with Vinpocetine injection., the control group were treated widl compound Danshen injection and ligustrazine injection. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 91.11% ,which was significantly better than that of the control group 75.56% ,the diffacnce was statistically- significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ligustrazine injection combined with Vinpocetine injection is effective in treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency.
