摘要
目的:基于数据挖掘技术,分析平乐正骨治疗颈椎病的临床用药规律。方法:收集整理798张纳入研究标准的,平乐正骨治疗颈椎病处方,借助数据挖掘技术,运用关联规则法、复杂熵聚类法等,探讨平乐正骨治疗颈椎病的临床用药规律。结果:使用频次50以上的有黄芪、葛根、川芎等36味中药,其中活血药、补益药、解表药、利水渗湿药为平乐正骨治疗颈椎病的常用中药;同时得到平乐正骨治疗颈椎病的用药规则、药味关联的网络化展示等。结论:平乐正骨治疗颈椎病的用药规律体现了平乐正骨"扶正祛邪"的整体辨证观,以及"破、活、补"三期用药原则。基于数据挖掘技术探究平乐正骨治疗颈椎病的用药规律,为临床治疗颈椎病提供了数据及理论支持。
Objective ： To analyze the medication rule of Pingle bonesetting in treatment of cervical spondylosis, based ondata mining technology. Methods ： A total of 798 prescriptions of Pingle bonesetting were collected in treatment of cervi-cal spondylosis. The medication rules were explored by using the data mining technology and the association rules andthe complex entropy clustering method. Results： That application frequency was more than 50 times included 36 herbs,such as Huangqi （ Milkvetch Root）, Gegen （ Kudzuvine Root）, and Chuanxiong （ Szechawan Lovage Rhizome ）. Theherbs commonly used in Pingle bonesetting prescription were those with actions of promoting blood circulation, tonifying,releasing the exterior, increasing urine excretion to strain off dampness. The medication rule of Pingle bonesetting thera-py and the drug - related network were also displayed in the study. Conclusion ： The medication rule of Pingle boneset-ring therapy embodies the theocy of reinforcing the healthy - qi to eliminate pathogenic factors; it also embodies in thethree treatment phases of disintegrating, activating, and tonifying. The medication rule based on the data mining tech-nology provides basis for data analysis and theoretical support for the treatment of clinical cervical spondylosis.
