摘要
目的对双相情感障碍患者采用抗抑郁药物治疗的效果以及安全性进行分析和讨论。方法本次70例研究对象为我院2017年1月—2018年1月接收的双相情感障碍患者,将其根据不同治疗方法平均分组,每组35例,予以对照组舍曲林治疗,研究组则采取文拉法辛治疗,对两组患者不同时间抑郁状况以及不良反应进行对比。结果研究组不良反应发生率是5.57%,低于对照组的28.57%,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组治疗前以及治疗2周HAMD评分与对照组差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05);治疗4周后,研究组明显低于对照组,差异存在统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论在治疗双相情感障碍的过程中,应用文拉法辛抗抑郁药物,不仅能够使患者抑郁状况得到显著改善,同时也能够避免不良反应的发生。
Objective To analyze and discuss the efficacy and safety of antidepressant treatment in patients with bipolar affective disorder.Methods 70 patients with bipolar afective disorder received by our hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were divided into two groups according to diferent treatment methods, with 35 patients in each group. The control group was treated with sertraline, while the study group was treated with venlafaxine. Depression and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups at diferent times. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 5.57%, compared with 28.57% in the control group, and the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）. There was no significant diference between the study group and the control group before and after 2 weeks of treatment, and the statistical difference was not significant （P 〉 0.05）. After 4 weeks of treatment, the study group was signifcantly lower than the control group. Study meaning （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of bipolar afective disorder, the use of venlafaxine antidepressant can not only improve the depressive state of the patients signifcantly, but also avoid the adverse reaction. It should be adopted and popularized in clinical treatment.
