摘要
采用4因素3水平正交试验,检测各制备参数下掺废轮胎热解再生炭黑的沥青三大指标,确定其制备参数。采用芳烃油和外掺剂两种添加剂,改善掺废轮胎热解再生炭黑的沥青低温性能,并制备SBS+再生炭黑改性沥青,探究再生炭黑替代或部分替代SBS改性沥青及其对SBS改性沥青性能影响的问题。研究结果表明:制备参数为剪切时间45 min,再生炭黑掺量15%,剪切温度155℃,剪切速率4 000 r/min。废轮胎热解再生炭黑可以提高基质沥青的高温性能,降低温度敏感性和低温抗裂性能。芳烃油和外掺剂均能起到软化再生炭黑改性沥青的效果,掺量为0.3%的外掺剂对掺废轮胎热解再生炭黑的沥青低温性能改善更为显著。废轮胎热解再生炭黑能够起到部分替代SBS的作用。
Using 4 factors 3 levels orthogonal experiments, we measure the three indexes of asphalt mixed reclaimed carbon black obtained through pyrolysising disused tire under different prepared parameters, to seek out asphalt preparation parameters. Using aromatic oil and admixture to better the low temperature performance of asphalt mixed within reclaimed carbon black, then preparing reclaimed carbon black + SBS modified asphalt to explore whether reclaimed carbon black can replace or partial substitute SBS modified asphalt and its effect on the performance of SBS modified asphalt. Research results show that asphalt preparation parameters are cutting time 45 min, recycled carbon black dosage 15% and cutting temperature 155 ℃ , shear rate 4 000 r/min. Recycled carbon black come from pyrolysising disused tire improved the high temperature performance, reduced temperature sensitivity and low temperature cracking resistance performance of matrix asphalt. Aromatic oils and additives are able to soften the recycled carbon black modified asphalt. Under 0.3% of additives, additive improves recycled carbon black modified asphalt low -temperature performance more obviously. Recycled carbon black can partial substitute SBS.
