摘要
"云南普洱古茶园与茶文化系统"农业文化遗产试点由本土知识与技术构成的生态理念,紧扣制茶工艺、茶叶销售以及民族旅游三个主题谋发展。政府扶持引领发展,招商引资带动经济,传承复兴民族文化,打造国际知名品牌。文章旨在呈现这一系列经营发展策略,以供借鉴。虽然普洱茶遭遇发展缺失参与式发展理念,但这并不能抹杀其长期积累的经验。今后,在"参与"与"赋权"的支撑下,化被动为主动,普洱茶的发展会更加悠远。
The pilot project of "Yunnan Pu'er Ancient Tea Garden and Tea Culture System" as an a- gricultural cultural heritage granted by the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations has a clear ecological concept consisting of local knowledge and technology with a long history and an integration of the three themes of tea-producing technology, tea marketing and ethnic tourism. Government support leads the development, external investment promotes economic development, and the inheritance and rejuvena tion of the ethnic cultures helps build internationally well-known brands. This paper proposes the strategies for further development through drawing lessons from the difficulties in the development of Pu'er tea and the lack of participatory development concept, and holds that its long-term experience will promote its devel- opment with the policy support of "participation" and "empowerment".
