摘要 民用航空发动机设计有高压涡轮主动间隙控制系统,通过调节高压涡轮机匣与叶片的间隙,提高发动机性能。高压涡轮主动间隙控制系统故障将导致发动机热能损失,增加燃油消耗。系统发生故障时需要及时排除,会导致飞机可用率降低。通过对高压涡轮主动间隙控制系统故障工作原理进行研究,分析故障产生原因,对历史故障数据进行统计和分类,计算关键重要度,总结排故方法,在飞机运行过程中高压涡轮主动间隙控制系统故障时缩短排故时间。 Civil aviation engine is designed with high pressure turbine active clearance control(HPTACC) system. By adjusting the clearance between the high pressure turbine case and the blades, the engine performance is improved. Failure of the HPTACC system can result in the loss of engine thermal energy and the increase of fuel consumption. When the system fails, it needs to be handled in time, otherwise it will reduce the aircraft availability. By studying the failure mechanism of HPTACC system, the paper analyzes the causes of failures, collects statistics and classification of historical failure data, calculates pivotal importance degree, and summarizes troubleshooting methods, so as to reduce the troubleshooting time when the HPTACC system fails during the operation of the aircraft.
