摘要
随着煤矿井下机械化程度的不断提高,煤机设备漏电保护的可靠性变得越来越重要。介绍了附加直流电源检测对地绝缘电阻的原理与保护方法,以及高线性模拟光电偶合器的工作原理,在此基础上提出了一种附加直流电源漏电保护电路。实际测试结果表明,该附加直流电源检测电路可靠性高,能满足煤矿井下煤机设备对供电网络的漏电保护要求。
With the continuous improvement of mechanization in coal mine, the reliability of leakage protection of coal equipment is getting more and more important. The principle and protection method of additional DC power supply for detecting earth insulation resistance and the working principle of high linearity analog optcoupler were introduced. Based on that, an additional DC power supply leakage protection circuit was put forward. The actual test results show that the additional DC power supply detection circuit has high reliability and can meet the leakage protection requirements of coal mine machine equipment to the power supply network.
