摘要 生态环境与基层智慧农业气象服务,有非常大的影响力。生态环境的变化影响气候变化与气象灾害,这会影响农业生产,也对农业气象服务的质量带来严峻的挑战,这些会直接影响农业稳产高产与优质高效,且现代农业的快速发展让农业气象信息服务也面临更高的要求。而气象服务是基层气象部门的重要工作之一,紧扣时代主题,围绕中央一号文件,要注重生态环境的变化,充分利用大数据、人工智能、移动互联等新技术,发展适合农业生产一线的智慧农业气象服务体系。 Ecological environment and grassroots intelligent agro - meteorological services have a great influence. Changes inthe ecological environment would result in climate change and meteorological disasters. This will affect agricultural production andalso pose serious challenges to the quality of agricultural meteorological services. These will directly affect the yield, quality andefficiency of agricultural production. With the rapid development of modern agriculture, agricultural meteorological informationservices are also facing higher requirements. The meteorological service is one of the important tasks of the basic meteorologicaldepartments. It is closely related to the theme of the times. Based on the Central No. 1 document, it is necessary to pay attentionto the changes in the ecological environment and make full use of new technologies such as big data, artificial intelligence, andmobile interconnection. This study develops a smart agricultural meteorological service system that is suitable for agricultural production.
