摘要
目的探讨德尔菲法指导下制定的临床护理路径在预防新生儿静脉输液外渗中的应用效果。方法选取2015年1月～2018年1月我院静脉输液的新生儿200例,依据随机数字表法分为德护组和常规组,每组100例。常规组给予常规护理。德护组在常规组的基础上给予德尔菲法指导下制定的临床护理路径干预。比较两组输液外渗、输液残留量、家属满意度。结果德护组输液残留量、输液外渗率明显低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);德护组输液外渗程度明显轻于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);德护组家属满意率明显高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论德尔菲法指导下制定的临床护理路径可有效减少新生儿静脉输液残留,有利于预防新生儿静脉输液外渗的发生,并提高家属满意度。
Objective To discuss the application of clinical nursing pathway guided by Delphy Fa in prevention of venous transfusion extravasation in neonates. Methods 200 patients with intravenous infusion of newborns were selected from Jan uary 2015 to January 2018 in our Hospital, according to the random distribution, all patients were divided into Dehu group （100 cases）and control group（100 cases）. The patients in the control group were given with routine care, Dehu group on the basis was given with clinical nursing pathway intervention under the guidance of Delphy Fa. The transfusion exudation, re sidual volume of infusion and family satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The infusion residual volume and infusion exudation rate of Dehu group was significantly lower than that control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 001）. The degree of infusion exudation of Dehu group was significantly lighter than that control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 001）. The family satisfaction rate of Dehu group was significantly higher than that control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0. 001）. Conclusions The clinical nursing pathway under the guidance of Delphy Fa can effectively reduce the remnant of venous transfusion in neonates. It is beneficial to prevent and prevent the occurrence of venous transfusion extravasation in neonates, and can effectively improve family satisfaction, it＇s worth for further clinical promotion.
