摘要
青羊参(Cynanchum otophyllum Schneid.)系萝藦科(Asclepiadaceae)鹅绒藤属(Cynanchum)多年生草质藤本植物,根可入药,具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗氧化、抗炎及镇痛等功效。目前该种的相关研究主要集中在化学成分和药理作用方面,关于育苗试验方面的研究未见报道。2015年,黔东南州林业科学研究所进行了青羊参营养袋种子育苗试验,出苗率达95.1%,成活率达98.14%。结果表明,该方法出苗率和成活率高,简单易行,值得推广。
Cynanchum otophyllum Schneid is a perennial grass liana of the genus Cynanchumof the family Asclepiadaceae.,it has been found that cynanchum otophyllum Schneid can also regulate the function of anti-inflam-mation and immunoregulation,have effect of antioxidation and antitumor.Current research mainly focused on chemical constitutes and pharmacological activities,Cultivating Seeding Experiments has not been reported.A test for seedlingraising-with-container of Cynanchum otophyllum Schneid was proceeded in Institute of Forestry Science of Qiandongnan Prefecture in 2015.The seedling emergence rate and the seeding survival rate are 95.1% and 98.14% respectively.The results demonstrate the method is very effective and practical.
