基于SECI模式的产学研用协同培养高校学生创新能力研究

摘要 以重庆交通大学某产学研用合作项目为背景,将SECI知识创新模式用于实践,以探索协同培养学生创新能力的有效途径。结果表明,在该模式下进行协同创新培养不仅有利于知识创造的良性循环,更能够深刻影响学习环境和创新方式的改变,进而全面提升学生的综合素质,并为高校教育的文化变革带来更加广阔的思路。 In order to scientifically explore a way to foster the innovation ability, the SECI knowledge creation model was applied and practiced on the industry-university cooperative project held by Chongqing Jiaotong University. The results demonstrated that the cultivation of collaborative innovation in SECI mode is not only beneficial to the benign cycle of knowledge creation, but also profoundly affects the learning environment and the way of innovation. Moreover, the overall improvements on the comprehensive qualities of students in this case can also inspire broader ideas for cultural reformation of college education.
