摘要
促进土壤硒的活化,提高土壤硒肥力水平,对于富硒农产品的生产具有重要意义。采用室内恒温恒湿土壤培养实验,研究了淹水和干旱两种土壤环境条件下石灰石粉、粉煤灰、EDTA、柠檬酸、猪粪、秸秆、聚丙烯酸钠等7种不同添加剂对湖北恩施、江西丰城2种不同富硒土壤硒释放效果的影响。结果表明:7种不同的添加剂在不同程度上均促进了土壤中硒的释放,提高了土壤硒的有效性。在旱地土壤上,猪粪的效果最好。而在淹水土壤上,秸秆的效果最好。施用猪粪和秸秆等措施均可促进农田土壤硒的活化,提高作物对土壤硒的吸收利用。
Promoting the activation of soil selenium(Se) is of great significance for production of Se-enriched agricultural products. The effects of seven different chemical additives, including limestone powder,fly ash, EDTA,citric acid, pig manure, straw, and polyacrylic acid sodium, on the Se release from two Se-enriched soils in Enshi,Hubei Province and Fengcheng, Jiangxi Province were examined by lab cultivation experiments of the upland soil and paddy soil at constant temperature and moisture. The results showed that the seven different kinds of additives promoted the release of soil Se and improved the availability of soil Se in different degree. In upland soils, the effect of the pig manure was the best. In paddy soils, the effect of straw was the best. The application of pig manure and straw promoted the activation of soil Se and increased the uptake of soil Se by crops.
