摘要
古骆越人是岭南壮族人的先民,骆越养生技法具有浓厚的地域特色。文章整理和分析了壮族先民骆越族养生方面的一些特色技法包括具有丰富民族特色的治疗手法、用药方式及食疗方法等,为现代人养生提供更安全更广泛的选择,同时对发挥民族医药的独特优势、发展民族医药事业有积极的推动作用。
Ancient Luoyue people were the ancestors of Zhuang people in the south of the Lingnan area. This paper summarizes and studies some special techniques in the health maintenance of the ancestors of zhuang nationality, including treatment methods, medication methods, food therapy methods and etc. which are with rich ethnic characteristics. It provides more safe and extensive choices for the health maintenance of modern people. Meanwhile, it plays a positive role in promoting the unique advantages of ethnic medicine and developing ethnic medicine.
