摘要
作为以外来劳务为主的国家,巴林亟需借助职业教育与培训体系来提升国内整体劳务水平.随着巴林逐渐突破单一的石油经济,其旨在通过标准制定引导职业教育机构的发展,通过相关法规的保障战略实施.巴林逐渐完善国内职业教育管理机制,并由教育部、劳动部及职业教育质量评审局等机构予以贯彻实施.未来,巴林需要建立更高效的职业教育管理体系,以激发私企参与职业教育的活力,通过国家职业教育资格框架的制定提升国内整体劳动力水平.
As a country relying heavily on foreign labor, Bahrain needs a vocational education and training system to improve the overall labor service level. As Bahrain gradually changes its single petroleum economy, it aims to guide the development of vocational education institutions through standard formulation, and to implement it through relevant laws and regulations. Bahrain has gradually improved the management mechanism of vocational education, which is implemented by the Ministry of education, the Ministry of Labour and the Vocational Education Quality Evaluation Bureau. In the future, Bahrain needs to establish a more efficient management system for vocational education to encourage more private enterprises to participate in vocational education. It also needs to improve the overall domestic labor service level through the formulation of a national vocational education qualification framework.
