优秀教师实践性知识的构成逻辑与显化路径 被引量:11

摘要 实践性知识具有缄默性、情境性、工具性和反思性等特征,是教师专业发展的重要基础,被视为优秀教师专业成熟的标准之一。实现优秀教师实践性知识显化,对凝练优秀教师教研经验、助推一般教师专业成长以及引导学生学业发展具有重要价值。基于实践性知识的内在属性,优秀教师实践性知识的构成要素包括与时俱进的观念性知识、与教俱进的事实性知识以及与学俱进的方法性知识,三者呈现出相互作用的构成逻辑。以教育叙事为载体、行动研究为渠道、专业共同体为平台实现优秀教师实践性知识的显化,能够为教师构建并优化实践性知识提供参考与借鉴。 Practical knowledge, characterized by silence, situationality, instrumentality, reflectiveness and so on,is an important foundation for teachers, professional development and is regarded as one of the criteria for the professional maturity of excellent teachers. Realizing the explicitness of excellent teachers ’ practical knowledge of is of great value in summing up the experience of excellent teachers about teaching and research, boosting the professional growth of ordinary teachers and improving students ’ academic performance. Based on the intrinsic attributes of practical knowledge, the factors constituting excellent teachers ’ practical knowledge include the conceptual knowledge that keeps up to date with the times, the factual knowledge that keeps up to date with teaching, and the methodological knowledge that keeps up to date with learning, which embody interacting composition logic. Achieving the explicitness of excellent teachers, practical knowledge by regarding educational narrative as the carrier, research on action as the channel and a professional community as the platform can provide reference and experience for the construction and optimization of teachers ’ practical knowledge.
