摘要
目的了解北辰区医疗卫生机构消毒监测质量,分析不同医疗机构消毒质量差异的原因从而有针对性的提出整改建议。方法 2016年6~9月对本区17家公立医疗卫生机构,5家民营医疗机构的消毒工作进行监测调查。结果公立医疗机构采样337份,合格率89.9%,民营医疗机构采样62份,合格率82.3%,差异无统计学意义;社区卫生服务中心13家,采样142份,合格率82.4%,二级以上医疗机构4家,采样225份,合格率92.9%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.66,P=0.02);针对不同类型消毒监测的数据分析发现,社区卫生服务中心的室内空气消毒、紫外线灯消毒、医护人员手消毒等的合格率低于二级以上公立医院的合格率。结论社区卫生服务中心和民营医院应改善紫外线灯消毒效果,提高室内空气消毒质量,加强对医护人员手部卫生的管理。
Objective To know the quality of disinfection of medical and health institutions in Beichen District, and to analyze the reasons for the differences of quality in different medical institutions and to put forward suggestions for improvement. Methods From June to September of 2016, 17 public medical and health institutions and 5 private medical institutions in our district were investigated. Results In total, there are 337 samples with a pass rate of 89.9 % in the public medical institutions and 62 samples with a pass rate of 82.3 % in the private medical institutions, and no statistically significant difference was found; in the 13 community health service centers, 142 samples are investigated and the quality rate is 82.4 %, in 4 level 2 or higher medical institutions, 225 samples are investigated and the qualified rate was 92.9 %, and the difference is statistically significant. The data of different types of disinfection show that the qualified rates of community health service centers are lower for indoor air disinfection, ultraviolet disinfection, disinfection of hands of medical staff than the passing rate of level 2 or higher medical institutions. Conclusions The community health service centers and private medical institutions should improve the disinfection effect of ultraviolet lamp, the quality of indoor air disinfection, and strengthen the management of hand hygiene of medical staff.
