摘要 纵流壳程换热器与传统的折流板换热器相比,不仅解决了管束振动等问题,还具有压降低及运行效率高等优点。目前,纵流壳程换热器已成为国内外学者重点研究的对象。通过分析和研究,总结了纵流换热器壳程传热及流动性能较佳的设计方案。同时,研究了某型纵流换热器的传热特性,可为纵流换热器的设计和应用,提供技术方面的参考。 Compared with the traditional baffle heat exchanger, the longitudinal flow shell side heat exchanger not only solves the problems of tube bundle vibration, but also has the advantages of pressure reduction and high operating efficiency. At present, the longitudinal flow shell side heat exchanger has become the focus of domestic and foreign scholars. Through analysis and research, the design scheme of heat transfer and flow performance of longitudinal flow heat exchanger is summarized. Meanwhile, the heat transfer characteristics of a longitudinal flow heat exchanger are studied, which can provide technical reference for the design and application of the longitudinal flow heat exchanger.
