细胞自噬在自身免疫性疾病中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 细胞自噬是近年来研究的热点,其在自身免疫性疾病、肿瘤等的研究中显示了良好的应用前景。本文主要通过对自噬调控的分子机制及其在类风湿关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、克隆恩病以及原发性胆汁性肝硬化等自身免疫性疾病中的重要作用作一综述。
