摘要
目的研究羟氯喹联合克拉霉素和医学保湿剂在治疗玫瑰痤疮方面的疗效并分析。方法搜集2017年1月至2018年1月,我院门诊诊断玫瑰痤疮患者,分成观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组给予克拉霉素缓释片0.5 qd,联合外用医学保湿剂;观察组在对照组的基础上再加上口服硫酸羟氯喹0.1 bid。两组均连续使用4W。在治疗2W、4W后,分别比较两组在客观体征、自觉症状、药物不良反应方面是否有差异,并运用统计学方法来计算两组的差异是否有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结果对照组在治疗2W和4W后的总有效率分别45.83%和58.33%,明显低于观察组72.92%和85.41%,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。疾病总积分与治疗前相比明显下降,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组在治疗过程中均未发现明显副作用。结论羟氯喹联合克拉霉素和医学保湿剂治疗玫瑰痤疮效果明显,优于口服克拉霉素联合医学保湿剂,且无明显不良反应,安全性好。
Objective To study and analyze the effcacy of hydroxychloroquine combined with clarithromycin and medical moisturizer in the treatment of rosacea. Methods From January 2017 to January 2018, we collected 48 cases of patients diagnosed with rosacea in the outpatient department of our hospital, which were divided into observation group and control group. Control group was given 0.5qd clarithromycin sustained-release tablets combined with external medical moisturizer; Oral hydroxychloroquine 0.1 bid was added to the control group. Both groups used 4W continuously. After the treatment of 2W and 4W, the differences in objective signs, conscious symptoms and adverse drug reactions between the two groups were compared, and statistical methods were used to calculate whether the differences between the two groups were statistically signifcant （P〈 0.05）. Results The total effective rate of the control group after 2W and 4W was 45.83% and 58.33%, respectively, signifcantly lower than that of the observation group （72.92% and 85.41%）, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈 0.05）. The total score of the disease was signifcantly lower than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P〈0.05）. No signifcant side effects were found during treatment and follow-up. Conclusion The effcacy of hydroxychloroquine combined with clarithromycin and medical moisturizer in the treatment of rosacea is better than that of oral clarithromycin combined with medical moisturizer.
