摘要
目的通过检测葡萄糖转运蛋白1(Glut1)在腹膜恶性间皮瘤、卵巢癌和反应性间皮细胞增生中的表达,探讨Glut1在腹膜恶性间皮瘤(PMM)病理诊断和鉴别诊断中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法检测Glut1在各30例PMM、卵巢癌及反应性间皮细胞增生中的表达情况,分析Glut1在PMM病理诊断和鉴别诊断中的作用。结果 Glut1在PMM、卵巢癌、反应性间皮细胞增生中的阳性表达率分别为66.7%,93.3%和0。Glut1在PMM在与卵巢癌中的表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。在PMM与反应性间皮细胞增生中表达率差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论 PMM与反应性间皮细胞增生鉴别诊断时,Glut1免疫标记有确切的鉴别诊断价值。在与卵巢癌进行鉴别诊断时,虽然两者阳性表达率均较高,但阳性表达强度明显不同,卵巢癌为强阳性表达。此时一同运用其他PMM阳性及阴性免疫标记物才更有诊断价值。
Objective To investigate the expression of glucose transporter l（Glut1） in peritoneal malignant mesothelioma, ovarian eaneer and reaetive mesothelial eell hyperplasia, and to explore the role of Glut1 in the pathologieal diagnosis and differential diagnosis of peritoneal malignant mesothelioma （PMM）. Methods Immunohistoehemistry was used to de- feet the expression of Glut1 in 30 eases of PMM, ovarian eaneer and reaetive mesothelial eell proliferation. The role of Glut1 in pathologieal diagnosis and differential diagnosis of PMM was analyzed. Results The positive rates of Glut1 in PMM, ovarian eaneer and reaetive mesothelial eell proliferation were 66.7%, 93.3% and 0, respeetively. There was a signifieant differenee in the expression of Glut1 between PMM and ovarian eaneer（P〈0.01）. The differenee in expression rate between reaetive mesothelial eells and proliferation was also statistieally signifieant（P〈0.001）. Conclusion The dif- ferential diagnosis of Glut1 immunolabeling in the differential diagnosis of PMM and reaetive mesothelial hyperplasia is of value. In the differential diagnosis with ovarian eaneer, although the positive expression rate of both is high, the pos- itive expression intensity is obviously different, and the ovarian eaneer shows strongly positive expression. It is of more diagnostic value to use other PMM positive and negative immunological markers together.
