摘要
结合龙桥铁矿开采技术经济条件,采用了全尾砂结构流充填工艺技术。利用高效深锥浓密机对尾砂进行浓缩脱水[1-5],两段卧式搅拌机连续搅拌,制备好的充填料浆自流输送至井下采空区。龙桥铁矿充填系统工程的生产能力达100~120m3/h,充填料浆浓度62%~64%,灰砂比1∶6~1∶20可调,系统浓度及流量稳定,灰砂比配比准确,充填体28d强度≥2MPa,可满足采矿生产的要求。
Combined with the mining technology and economic conditions of Longqiao Iron Mine, the struetural fluid cemented filling technology was adopted. The tailings were concentrated and dewatered by a high-efficient deep cone thiekener, and were continuously stirred by two horizontal mixers. The prepared filler slurry was conveyed to the underground goafs. The production capacity of the filling system in Longqiao Iron Mine reached to 100-120 m^3/h, the filling slurry concentration was 620-64% and the cement-sand ratio was adjustable within 1 : 6-1 : 20. The system concentration and flow rate were stable, the cement-sand ratio was accurate, and the filling strength in 28 days was not less than 2 MPa, which eould meet the requirements of mining.
