摘要
依据南水北调中线工程缺水状况,结合南水北调中线工程,对沿线城市提出了以水来提高城市品位,结合沿线城镇、水域、城市的发展总体规划,提出了流域内水生态恶化原因,本着"节水优先,科学开源,统一调度"的治水思想,形成东西联动、南北互流、津渠互衬的生态水网,建设优美的城市水环境。
on the basis of the water shortage situation of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, combined with the middle route of South-to-North Water Transfer Project, the cities along with water was proposed to improve the urban grade,combined with town, along the waters, the development of the city＇s overall planning, put forward the ecological deterioration reason basin in the inland waters, in line with the ＂unified dispatching water conservation priority, scientific and open source,＂ water conservancy thought, the formation of linkage, the mutual flow, Tianjin canal lining of each ecological water network, the construction of urban water environment.
