摘要
目的分析在创伤骨科治疗外固定架的临床应用效果。方法回顾性分析2016年1月~2018年1月本院创伤骨科患者94例,按照患者接受的治疗方法分为观察组、对照组各47例,其中观察组接受外固定架治疗,对照组接受切开复位钢板内固定治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组治疗后优良率为80.85%,对照组治疗后优良率为57.45%;观察组治疗用时、骨折愈合时间、住院时间、切口长度均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组出院后3个月生活质量评分为(81.44±9.66)分,对照组为(70.53±8.64)分(P<0.05)。结论外固定架在创伤骨科治疗中应用效果明显,能够减小对患者的创伤,提升固定稳定性,可在临床推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of external fixation in orthopedic trauma. Methods Retrospective analysis of 94 cases oftrauma department of orthopedics in our hospital During January 2016 to January2018, according to the treatment methods accepted by the patientswere divided into observation group, 47 cases in each group, the observation group received external fixation treatment, the control group receivedopen reduction plate internal fixation treatment, compared the effect of two groups. Results The excellent and good rate after treatment was 80.85%in the observation group and 57.45% in the control group, and the healing time, hospital stay and incision length in the observation group were betterthan those in the control group （P〈0.05）. The quality of life score was （81.44 ±9.66） in the observation group and （70.53 ±8.64） in the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of external fixator in trauma orthopedic treatment can reduce the trauma of patients and improve the stabilityof fixation. It can be popularized in clinic.
