摘要
目的探讨潜阳封髓丹合肾四味治疗更年期综合征的临床疗效。方法将90例肾阳亏虚型更年期综合征患者随机分为观察组(45例,潜阳封髓丹合肾四味加减治疗)和对照组(45例,替勃龙治疗)。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组的Kupperman评分均显著降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组均无严重不良反应发生。结论潜阳封髓丹合肾四味治疗肾阳亏虚型更年期综合征,可有效改善患者综合症状,且未发现明显副作用。
Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Qianyang Fengsui pill combined with Shensiwei in the treatmentof climacteric syndrome. Methods Ninety climacteric syndrome patients with deficiency of kidney yang were randomlydivided into observation group （n=45, treated with modified Qianyang Fengsui pill combined with Shensiwei） and controlgroup （n=45, treated with tibolone）. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results The total effectiverate of treatment in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）. After treatment,the Kupperman scores of both groups significantly decreased, and that in the observation group was significantly lower thanthe control group （P〈0.05）. No serious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups. Conclusion Qianyang Fengsui pillcombined with Shensiwei in the treatment of climacteric syndrome with deficiency of kidney yang can effectively improvethe comprehensive symptoms of patients, without obvious side effects.
