玻璃体切割与内界膜剥离术联合治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱落36例 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨玻璃体切割与内界膜剥离术联合治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱落的有效性及安全性。方法:收治黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱落患者72例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组36例。对照组黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱落患者采用玻璃体切割术治疗,治疗组黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱落患者采用玻璃体切割联合内界膜剥离术治疗。结果:治疗组黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱落患者并发症发生率、视力水平恢复时间、术后住院总时间和治疗总有效率均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃体切割与内界膜剥离术联合治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱落的有效性显著,安全性高。 Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of vitrectomy combined with intemal limiting membrane peeling in the treatment of retinal detachment due to macular hole.Methods:72 patients with retinal detachment due to macular hole were selected,they were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group.The control group was treated with vitrectomy,and the treatment group was treated with vitrectomy combined with intemal limiting membrane peeling.Results:In the treatment group,the incidence of complications,the recovery time of visual acuity,the total length of hospital stay and the total effective rate of treatment were significantly better than those of the control group(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The efficacy of vitrectomy combined with intemal limiting membrane peeling in the treatment of retinal detachment due to macular hole was significant,and the safety was high.
