摘要
目的探究帕金森病应用普拉克索联合左旋多巴方案治疗的效果。方法选择2015年9月～2017年10月收治的54例帕金森病患者作为研究对象,随机分为选择单纯使用左旋多巴治疗的对照组(27例),与选择普拉克索联合左旋多巴方案治疗的观察组(27例),持续治疗3个月,比较分析两组的治疗效果。结果经过治疗后,观察组的帕金森病量表(UPDRS)评分及汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05),且观察组患者不良反应发生率为7.41%,对照组患者不良反应发生率为18.52%,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论帕金森病应用普拉克索联合左旋多巴方案治疗的效果显著,可有效改善患者UPDRS评分及HAMD评分,且患者不良反应发生率低于单纯使用左旋多巴治疗,安全性较为理想。
Objective Analysis of Parkinson＇s disease applieation of pramipexole combined with levodopa therapy effect. Methods From September 2015 to October 2017 in a hospital in patients with Parkinson＇s disease in 54 cases as the research object, randomly divided into the choice of control group were treated with levodopa therapy （27 eases）, and the observation group of pramipexole combined with levodopa therapy （27 eases）, continuous treatment for 3 months, compared with two groups of therapeutic effect. Results After treatment, the observation group of the Parkinson＇s Disease Rating Scale （UPDRS） score and Hamihon Depression Scale （HAMD） scores were better than the control group, the difference was significant （P 〈 0.05）, The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2 cases, accounting for 7.41%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the eontrol group was 5 cases, accounting for 18.52%. There was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05） .Conclusion Parkinson＇s application of pramipexole combined with levodopa treatment effect significantly, can effeetively improve the patients with UPDRS score and HAMD score, and the incidence of adverse reactions had no difference with the simple use of levodopa therapy.
