摘要 高压绝缘栅双极型晶体管(IGBT)串联阀有多种过电流保护方法,提出了一种新的IGBT串联阀过流保护技术。该技术方案包括阀组控制单元、过流检测单元及柔性罗氏线圈,过流检测单元检测流过串联阀组电流情况,并将光脉冲回报给阀组控制单元,阀组控制单元根据回报的光脉冲改变阀组触发脉冲,从而保护高压串联阀组。搭建了10 kV的IGBT直接串联式静止同步补偿器(STACOM),试验验证了该方案可以满足故障保护需要。 There are a variety of overcurrent protection methods for high-voltage insulated gate bipolar translator (IGBT) series valves. This paper presented a new kind of IGBT series valves overcurrent protection technology, whose scheme comprised a valve group control unit, an overcurrent detection unit and a fexible Roche coil. The overcurrent detection unit detected the current fow through the series valve group and returned the light pulse to the valve group control unit. The unit changes the valve group trigger pulse according to the return light pulse, thus protecting the high pressure series valve group. 10kV IGBT direct series STACOM is built, and the feasibility of this scheme is verifed in STACOM test.
